Adam has been in venture capital for almost six and a half years, starting his journey in 2018 at GR Capital as a Junior Analyst. In 2020, when Roosh Ventures was founded, Adam joined the team as Senior Analyst, the firm's first employee. Since then, Roosh Ventures has invested in over 45 companies, and Adam has grown to Principal and independently leads deals with startups across the US and Europe.
The firm's portfolio includes stars such as Deel, Oura Ring, Arkis, Folk, HourOne, Pipe, TheGuarantors, Alma, Cresta and more. During this time, Adam has built his own network and has independently brought several startups to Roosh Ventures that the firm invested in; these include Vitract, Playmint, Cub3, Yours, and Haiqu. Adam works closely with portfolio companies, helping their founders navigate the venture capital world and raise follow-on funding.
Roosh Ventures is one of the pillars of Roosh, an investment group that scales remarkable businesses globally. In addition to his work at Roosh Ventures, Adam has helped build companies within the Roosh ecosystem. In particular, this applies to AI HOUSE, Ukraine's most extensive AI and ML community, and ZibraAI, a deep-tech company creating AI-generated assets for any virtual world or experience.
On the side, Adam mentors several early-stage Ukrainian founders, advising them on go-to-market strategies, business models, and fundraising. Recently, one of the startups Adam has been helping has just secured a $1.2M pre-seed round.
Adam has a BS in Applied Physics and Mathematics and an MS in Economic Analysis.
